    Easy! Just call us on 1300 362 216. There’s no paperwork to complete.
  2. How do I deposit to my Express Saver?
    Deposits can only be made by transferring funds from your Credit Union Everyday Saver to the Express Saver by Telebalance Phone Banking on 1300 362 216 and RailNet Internet Banking.
  3. How do I withdraw from my EXPRESS SAVER?
    Your withdrawals can only be made by transferring funds from your Express Saver to your Everyday Saver or an account at another financial institution. You can transfer funds using Telebalance Phone Banking on 1300 362 216 and RailNet Internet Banking. In addition you can make deposits via internal and external direct credits, payroll deductions, Part Salary credits as well as monthly Term Deposit interest instalments.
    It is important to remember
    that services like direct debits, cheques, cash withdrawals, Visa card, EFTPOS, ATM’s, Bank@Post are not available directly from your Express Saver.
  4. What transaction fees apply?
    NONE! There are NO transaction fees on your Express Saver.
  5. Is there a minimum deposit amount to open the account?
    No. You can deposit as little as $1!
  6. Can I have my interest paid to another account each month?
    No, but you are better off having your interest paid into the Express Saver so you earn interest on your interest!
  7. Can I withdraw my money when I need it or is it locked in for a set period?
    You can access your money 24 hours a day, seven days a week using Telebalance Phone Banking or RailNet Internet Banking. Just transfer money into your Everyday Saver and it is ready for use immediately.
