QR DIRECT TELEPHONE AND FAX LINES QR employees are advised that the direct six (6) digit telephone and fax lines between QR and Railways Credit Union are currently not working. The problem has been isolated to a line issue somewhere between QR and the Credit Union, and Telstra has been advised of the problem. In particular, please be aware that if you try to send a fax via the rail number you will still receive confirmation that the fax has been sent, when in fact it has not. To be certain that your enquiry reaches the Credit Union promptly, simply call 1300 362 216 for telephone enquiries, and (07) 3221 1672 for all fax correspondence. Railways Credit Union apologises for any inconvenience caused, and we hope to have this issue rectified shortly.
